How To Use A Body Scrub
It’s best to use a body scrub two to three times per week to keep your skin soft and smooth from head to toe. Cold fall or winter days recommend using the body scrub daily. Here’s how to add one to your body care routine:
Use lukewarm water; allow it to run for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin
We recommend to stop running water in your shower so you can apply the scrub in circular motions all over your body.
